Full-Time Billing Specialist and Scheduling Coordinator in Lake Park, FL

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn about the glass and glazing industry and the customer service trends within the industry during the initial onboarding period.
  • Complete all invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle all accounts receivable to ensure that all invoices are paid.
  • Expertly coordinate scheduling all technicians needed to complete the day/week/month job priorities.
  • Answer multiple phone lines quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Become a valuable part of the team and pitch in on other related duties as needed or when they arise.
  • Additional administrative tasks upon request.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft products, especially Excell
  • Type a minimum of 60 words per minute with 98%
  • A minimum high school diploma is preferred; some colleges are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Must own a vehicle and have reliable transportation
  • Legally able to work in the United States
