Full-Time Executive Assistant in Lake Park, FL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn about the glass and glazing industry and the customer service trends within the industry during the initial onboarding period.
- Calendar management: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Calendar follow-up: send appointment reminders and recaps.
- Correspondence management: organizing and responding to emails, drafting correspondence for the CFO and Window Doctor, Inc.
- Coordinate and organize CFO and staff schedules.
- Communication management: Answering phone calls, coordinating phone calls, video conferences, and other forms of communication with attention to detail.
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to assisting with paperwork, organizing, and filing.
- Data management includes but is not limited to organizing personal or professional data and information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma, some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of executive assistant experience
- Computer skills: well-versed in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excell
- Must type 60 words per minute at 98% accuracy
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Own a vehicle and have reliable transportation
- Legally able to work in the United States
